ARRIS JOINS MoCA� BOARD OF DIRECTORS

San Ramon, CA, July 30, 2013--- The Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MoCA®) has announced that ARRIS Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRS) has joined its Board of Directors.

ARRIS has been a member of MoCA since 2008. The company assumes the Board seat as a result of its acquisition of Motorola Mobility’s Home Business.
