Broadcom's BCM7340 HD satellite STB SoC with integrated MoCA reduces overall cost and power requirements for deploying whole-home connected STBs. Broadcom's new SoC is built into DIRECTV's H25 HD receiver, a next generation networked set-top box that began shipping this month.
